Rates and Insurance

Rates 
Individual therapy $130 per 45 min session and $150 per 60 min session.
Family therapy $180 per 60 min session and $200 per 90 minute session.
Evaluations for ESAs range from $200-$350.

We recommend every patient to review their health insurance benefits or contacting their insurance and asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

• Do I have “Out of Network” benefits with my plan?
  

Payment 
Accepting cash, credit card, debit card, or health savings account card.

Cancellation Policy 
When a patient schedules an appointment, that appointment time is only reserved for them. When a patient does not cancel within 48 hours or no-shows to their session, we lose the opportunity to schedule another patient who might be waiting for an appointment time.  Therefore, any late-cancelled (less than 48 hours notice) or unattended appointments will be billed to the patient for the full amount. Inclement weather, illness, or other emergencies are understandable reasons not to keep an appointment and will not be charged.  We value and respect our patients time and hope they will provide us the same courtesy.  Thank you.
